The Model Tiny is 8.5' wide and can be built with a length of either 18', 24', or 28'.
The height of The Model Tiny is 13'6" which represents the maximum height a tiny house can be while being transported.
There is also a 2.5' bump out over the fork of the trailer where both the bathroom sink and exterior siding resides.
