Tiny house model listings are much different than for sale listings. A tiny house model is a specific build that a tiny house builder has built in the past and can be built-to-order for you. Keep in mind tweaks and changes can be done according to your specifications. The key difference in a model and a for sale listing is the model isn't built yet, it's built once you order it.
