How Does Pay Per Lead Work?

The Tiny House Listings website works on a pay-per-lead basis. This means, as a lister, you pay a small fee for each qualified listing you receive. In other words, you won't be billed until you begin receiving qualified leads from your listing.

What is a qualified lead?

A qualified lead is someone who has a confirmed account on The Tiny House Listings site and is in good standing without a track record of producing bogus leads. A qualified lead is also someone that expresses interest in buying or selling a listing on the site. You can learn more about qualified leads here:

What if the leads aren't qualified?

If you feel that a lead you received isn't qualified, or not legit, you can simply dispute it. We'll receive your dispute and review it. If the lead was not legit, we'll remove it and you won't be charged for that lead. If the lead was in fact legit, it will remain and you will be billed. Learn more about qualified and unqualified leads here:

How Much Will I Be billed For a Lead?

The price of a lead for sale is $1.00 USD per $10,000 of the listing's asking sale price. The price of a lead for rent is $2.00 USD per $1,000 of the listings asking rent price. Learn more about the pricing of leads here:

Where Can I See How Many Leads I've Received?

In your user dashboard, when you click "Invoices" you can see how many leads you've received and how much they cost you.

What If I Want To Stop Receiving leads?

If you want to stop receiving leads for your listing, you can simply deactivate it. At any time you can make your listing active again and you'll begin receiving leads once again.

Are There Any Contracts?

Nope. Not at all. You simply pay for the qualified leads you receive and cancel your listing any time you like.

When Will I Be Billed?

The sum total off all the leads you received for a week will be billed each Friday at 9am UTC.

How Do I Change My Billing Information?

Once you are in your user dashboard, click "Billing."  From there you can update your billing information to ensure there are no billing issues.
