Pay Per Call

Tiny House Listings offers the ability for potential buyers to call you directly from the number displayed on your listing.

When you list your tiny house with us and have pay per call enabled, we generate a temporary phone number that is routed to your phone number. We do this to prevent your personal number from being displayed to the 1000's of people that will be viewing your listing. Once your listing is no longer active with us because it have been sold or deactivated, your temporary phone number will be deactivated as well.

The way you are billed for pay per call is identical to our Pay Per Lead option. Here is a quick breakdown.

The price of a pay per call for sale is $1.00 USD per $10,000 of the listing's asking sale price. The price of a lead for rent is $2.00 USD per $1,000 of the listings asking rent price. Learn more about the pricing of leads here: 

Quick example #1: A $35,000 tiny house would cost $3.50/pay per call

Quick example #2: A tiny house or parking for rent that costs $500/month would cost $1/pay per call

For each call that you receive you will be billed in the amount according the above explanation.

By default, pay per call is enabled for each of your active listings. To enable or disable pay per call for a listing, please go to your My Listings page. From there find the listing you'd like to enable or disable pay per call for. 

Our system tracks who calls you and ensures you are only billed once per each individual person that calls you.

All accrued leads you receive for the week are billed Friday at 9 UTC.

Yes, you can dispute leads generated from Pay Per Call but only for calls less than one minute in length.

Currently Pay Per Call is phone calls only. Texts are not accepted.

The Pay Per Call option is excellent for tiny house owners that prefer to speak with potential buyers over the phone and also giving them the option of calling you. You can ennable Pay Per Call on your listing(s) here.
