How Is The Price Of A Lead Determined?

The price you pay for each qualified lead is determined by your listing's asking price. We also determine the price of listings for sale differently then we do for listings for rent.

Price per lead for listings for sale

The price of a lead is $.10 cents (USD) per $1,000 of the asking price for the listing.
Here is an example to illustrate how we determine a listing's lead price that's for sale:
Listing price is $30,000 USD
30 times $.10 is $3.00
This means that your $30,000 listing would be charged $3.00 for each qualified lead you receive as a result of your listing being listed on The Tiny House Listings website.


Price per lead for listings for rent

 The price of a rental lead is $2.00 (USD) per $1,000 per lead.
Here is an example to illustrate how we determine a listing's lead price that's for rent: 
Listings rental price is $1,000
Price per qualified lead for this listing is $2


*Please note that the minimum price that can be billed for a lead is $.50.
