If you would like to send potential tiny house buyers to your website to learn more about your listing, your business, collect information from them, etc. you can enable Pay Per Click for your listing.

Pay Per Click is exactly that, you are charged a small amount ($1 USD) for each person that visits your website by clicking the "View lister's website" link on your listing.

How do I enable Pay Per Click?

There are two ways to enable Pay Per Click. The first is to enable while you are are creating your listing with us initially.
The second way is to enable Pay Per Click from your listings dashboard

Can I set a budget?

Yes. You can set a budget for how much you would like to spend per day. Once that amount has been reached, the "View Lister's Website" link is automatically removed and the following day appears again

How does this service compare to advertising on other platforms?

Unlike spending your untargeted marketing dollars with services like Google, we send highly relevant traffic your way at a fraction of the cost. Visitors to come to our site are here for a reason, they are interested owning and living in a tiny house. To make the service even more attractive, we have priced each click at a fraction of what Google and other platforms charge.

I'm a builder, should I use Pay Per Click?

Pay Per Click is an excellent option for driving traffic to your builder website. If your company offers models, you can list those models on our website and send visitors to your website

Will I be charged more than once for the same person?

No. We have tracking technology in place that allows you to only be charged once per unique visitor to your site.

I have multiple listings, how does that work?

You can set a daily budget for each individual listing on our site. You can also enable or disable pay per click for each individual listing.

How does billing work?

You will be billed on Friday for that week's total charges accrued for your entire account.
