How is The Model Tiny heated and cooled?

The Model Tiny is both heated and cooled with an ultra-efficient 9,000 BTU mini split unit. The air-handler and blows conditioned air into the home is mounted directly above the door on the wall that separates the living area from the downstairs bedroom (or back walls for 18' model).
